PRICING POLICY
I am willing to receive offers for items. I may not always accept them on lower cost items, but I am willing to negotiate on multiple purchases, i.e. bracelet, necklace, earrings sets or several lower value items. This is the policy I can adopt face-to-face at fairs and I don't see why I shouldn't offer it here. Once we have agreed prices (+ postage and packing) I will send you an email invoice which you can then pay. Once payment is received, I will send your items.
Postage and Packing Information
Higher value items have a postage element added to their pricing. Less expensive items may have a £2 postage/packing fee added. If you are thinking of ordering several less expensive items that carry the £2 charge please email me and I can send you an amended invoice which will only include the normal postage charge. I can also upgrade to Next Day Delivery if you wish.
United Kingdom
If you wish to have next day delivery of items there is an extra charge of £5.00 please email me if you wish to take advantage of this option.
I send items signed for First Class and Next Day delivery for larger value items.
If you are buying from Europe, US, Canada, Australian, New Zealand or Japan (or places very near to these) - Please add the appropriate postage charge to your cart (see the navigation bar).
Items are normally sent by Royal Mail Airsure/International Signed For.
If your order is substantial I can arrange to have it sent by courier on request. This may incur extra charges.
Wrapping
I don't offer a gift wrapping service as standard. I'm sure you will want to inspect any gift you buy before giving it to that special someone. I wrap the item securely in tissue and bubble wrap and place in a sturdy padded envelope. I present my jewellery in organza bags and will sometimes use a box to provide extra protection for shipping.
Stained Glass Purchase and Shipping
Shipping stained glass is a highly variable affair and so I can't offer a cart system for all of my artglass items. However please email me and I can give you a total cost for shipping an item. Thank you.
Returns
Damaged goods: I try to ensure that items are packed securely so that they reach you in the same condition they left me. However, damage can occur and I will refund purchase price of the item upon return of the damaged item to me within seven days of receipt. Please use a signed for shipment method. If the item is not received by me I can't refund your money. Please contact me first as this will speed the process.
Not what you were expecting?: I would rather you returned the item to me if you are not completely happy with it. I will refund the purchase price (but not the postage for sending & returning) if I receive the item within five days of your initial receipt. Again contact me if you are intending to return the item. Please use a signed for shipment method. If the item is not received by me I can't refund your money.
Important information: I now have a stock controlled cart system which means it automatically updates when someone buys an item. I do have some items available on Etsy.com. The individual who purchases the item first will receive the item. The person who requested the item second will receive a full refund and a little something to say 'sorry' from me.
