I've used two different coloured silver lined seed beads (Cobalt and Aquamarine - quality Czech glass beads) studded with liquid silver tubes to get the two-tone effect. The toggle is a gorgeous piece of Bali Silver. The dragonfly wings are just over 1 inch span. The flower ring is just over half an inch. The doubled length is approximately 16.5 inches  (thread the end through the toggle end twice). The Earrings are simple but very effective.
